Margaret Jackson, AC
Before beginning her career as a full time company director in 1992, Margaret Jackson was a
Partner of KPMG Peat Marwick's Management Consulting Division. Margaret holds a Bachelor of
Economics Degree from Monash University and completed an MBA with distinction at Melbourne
University.
She received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from Monash University in December 2002 and a
Companion of the Order of Australia in the General Division (AC) in June 2003 for service to
business in diverse and leading Australian corporations and to the community in the area of
support for medical research, the arts and education.
Margaret Jackson is Chairman of FlexiGroup Ltd, a Director of Australia and New Zealand Banking
Group Limited and a Director of Billabong International Limited.

Paul Brasher
Paul Brasher is the Chairman of the Global Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd and
is also a member of the Australian Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers ('PwC').
Paul's career has been heavily slanted towards responsibility for major multi-national audit and
other professional services engagements. Much of Paul's client work now involves working with the
Boards of Australian public companies on issues of corporate governance and board effectiveness.
Paul is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Board of
the Victorian Arts Centre Trust., and a member of the Business Council of the National Gallery of
Victoria. He is the Honorary Treasurer of Vision Australia's i-access project and Chairman of
The Reach Foundation.

Simone Bartley
Simone's career in communication spans 20 years and has led her to work in Australia London/EMEA
and Asia. During that time she has gathered extensive experience on a variety of global and local
brands.
Simone has worked for two of the world's most highly awarded creative agencies including OMON and
Saatchi & Saatchi. Simone's fascination with innovation and ideas in communication has meant she
has been heavily involved in pioneering new areas of the business.
Simone is currently the Chief Executive of Saatchi & Saatchi Australia and has led the agency to
win more new business in Australia than any other agency in the past year. She now sits on the
Saatchi & Saatchi Global Executive Board.

Lachlan Murdoch
Lachlan Murdoch is the CEO of Illyria Pty Ltd, a company he founded on returning to Australia
after leaving his executive positions at News Corporation in late 2005.
Mr. Murdoch has been a member of the board of News Corporation since 1996 and until recently was
a board member of the Robin Hood Foundation in New York and sat on the executive committee of the
board of the Partnership for New York. He is currently Chairman for the Surf Life Saving
Australia national Advisory Board. Mr Murdoch holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from
Princeton.

Murray Proctor
Murray Proctor is concurrently Deputy Director General of the Program Enabling Division at
Australia's Agency for International Development (AusAID). This Division provides advice to
AusAID program areas on sectors such as education, health, infrastructure and the environment.
Murray was previously Deputy Director General of AusAID's Asia Division, and before that managed
the AusAID Office of Review and Evaluation and Australia's aid program to PNG. He worked from
1999 to 2001 in the World Bank on East Timor reconstruction and public sector reform. He holds
degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Queensland and Australian National
University respectively. With more than 25 years experience in aid and development, Murray is
well placed to further cooperation with Australia's regional partners in advancing the fight
against HIV/AIDS.

Ms Annmaree O'Keeffe AM
Ms O'Keeffe is currently a senior associate with the Ottawa-based international consulting firm,
CRCI. She was Australia's first Ambassador for HIV/AIDS until 2007 and previously the Deputy
Director-General responsible for Global Programs in the Australian Agency for International
Development (AusAID).
She has lived and worked in a number of developing countries including as Australia's
Minister-Counsellor for Development Cooperation in Papua New Guinea from 1997 to 1999 and was
Australia's Ambassador to Nepal from 1994 to 1996. Originally a journalist, she worked on
newspapers in Zimbabwe and in London and later held various positions with the International
Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Bangkok and Geneva (1980-83). Ms O'Keeffe was made a member
of the Order of Australia in January 2007 for service to international relations, particularly in
overseas aid and in the areas of HIV/AIDS policy and program development.

Kevin Hobgood-Brown
Kevin Hobgood-Brown is a Partner in the Sydney office of the law firm Deacons and is the Chairman
of the Australia China Business Council. Kevin manages the international operations of Deacons
Australia and is a member of the Deacons International Board. Kevin has 24 years of experience
in assisting international companies establish operations throughout the Asian region, seven of
those years spent living in China. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctor
degrees in the United States and is admitted to practice law in New South Wales, California and
Texas. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the China Research Centre of the University of
Technology, Sydney, and is a board member of the Australia China Council of the Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Stephen Grant
Prior to assuming the role of inaugural CEO of the Asia Pacific Business Coalition on AIDS
(APBCA), Stephen Grant spent five years as CEO of the Victorian Transport Accident Commission
(TAC), a world leader in both no fault insurance and social marketing. Stephen has held a number
of leadership roles in the private sector, including Executive Director of Ferrier Hodgson
Corporate Advisory and London based Managing Director of global retailer, Laura Ashley.
Stephen has also heald non executive roles including the Chairman of the Victorian Trauma
Foundation (VTF) and is also currently the Chair of the Alfred, one of Australia's leading
hospitals.
