The Business Coalition on AIDS in Singapore (BCAS) is a network comprising companies and individuals in Singapore whose goal is to coordinate and promote a concerted business response to HIV/AIDS. Among other things, BCAS provides technical guidance to companies on HIV/AIDS workplace management, to assist in this function the "Workplace Manual on HIV/AIDS in Singapore" was developed. The manual is endorsed by the ILO and gives practical advice to senior company directors/managers on the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing HIV/AIDS workplace programmes. Contact
