Key Facts

The main mode of HIV transmission in Singapore is through sexual contact. The highest risk group although a small minority is men who have sex with men, with one in every 25 who goes for testing returning a positive test for HIV. Drug related incidence is very low in and accounts for less than 2%. (Source: ministry of health, Singapore)
